PITCH CAMP

Horseback riding with Altai-Nomads Travel was one of my best holidays ever.

I did the 10 day horseback riding tour and loved everything about it. Serik had organized everything very well and each lunch and campsite that we choose was just like from paradise. The nature is just stunning and each day varied in terms of landscape. The people supporting the tour were all very kind, professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The horses were very well trained and despite the fact that I'm a beginner it was very easy to ride them. We also visited an eagle hunter family and stayed in a Kazakh yurt and it was a great and interesting experience to stay with locals. Another point I liked was that Serik and his team were very responsible and collected all our trash from each campsite and brought it all back to Ulgii. The only thing that I regretted was that I didn't bring a warmer sleeping bag as it gets really cold during the night but again, Serik was very kind a lent me his. I had an unforgettable adventure and I can highly recommended Altai-Nomads Travel.

Incredible horseback riding trip

We had an incredible horseback riding trip with Altai Nomads Travel. The horses were phenomenal - small but so strong and speedy, traversing the sometimes tricky ground like troopers. The wranglers are amazing to ride with and learn from. The whole team makes my trip so comfortable with hot dinners to go back to after the ride and always plenty of fun and chat around the campfire. We stayed in untouched nature, saw the most amazing stars at night, and had great food. I strongly recommend Altai nomads travel's horseback riding tours in Mongolia!

The best horseback riding tour in Mongolia.

I had a great time exploring the Altai mountains on horseback. The scenery was breathtaking. I've never seen a country that has such untouched beauty like Mongolia has. The views of these great mountains, green meadow, clear streams of water, animals grazing. It was all so unreal and magical. We stayed in kazakh yurt with nomadic eagle hunter's family. It was really a unique experience. All our hosts were so kind, welcoming and generous. And we can't thank to Serik, Eska and Fiko enough. We really appreciate their help throughout the tour. They made our 10 days trip that much special. As for anyone hesitating to take the horse ride tour, don't be. I've never been on a horse before and it was really easy to handle. The guys and the horseman are helpful too. Absolutely recommend this company to other travelers - I want to go back and do a birding excursion at a different time of year in the future, plus to see the reindeer herders would be so neat! There's much I'd love to do, and I'll definitely be using this company.
