We mainly organize fly fishing in Altai mountain area that pristine, freshwater lake Khoton . The Khoton and Khurgan lakes are second largest and clearest of all lakes in Mongolia. The landscape around lake is stunning with forests and snow-capped Altai mountains. Fishing on Khoton lake located within approximately 6 hour's drive from Olgii province. The Khoton lake offers the traveler an adventure in a spectacular landscape of stunning natural beauty with almost endless opportunities for fishing. Fishing tour is suitable for everyone who wants to fishing and relaxing breathtaking wild nature. Another destination for fishing is Dayan lake and Tolbo lake.
During this tour you will be able to fishing these kinds of fishes: Grayling (Thymulus arcticus) and Trout, Altai Osman, Lenok (Brachymystax). Lenok is a link between true salmon fishes and graylings. It's quite common to catch Lenok at night. Typical night lure is mouse imitation. Target species on lakes are grayling, Altai osman and lenok. You spent every night at the new picturesque lakeshore and every day you fish new place.
